40th annual meeting of the EMHG

Venue: The Old Swan Hotel, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, UK, 25th – 27th May 2022

 We are pleased to confirm that the 2022 Annual Meeting is to take place as an in-person event.  The Leeds MH Group looks forward to welcoming you to Harrogate, a Victorian spa town in beautiful North Yorkshire, famous for its waters, Turkish baths, gardens and tea rooms. The hotel is located in its own gardens in the centre of the town and provides excellent meeting and dining facilities along with 4* accommodation. Registration & on-site accommodation is offered at a very reasonable rate with reductions for students.

Social programme:

  • Wednesday 25th May: get together activity, welcome drinks & hot buffet dinner 

  • Thursday 26th May: walking tour of Harrogate, Gala Dinner

  • Friday 27th May: optional dinner in local restaurant (not included in delegate package)

Turkish Baths. This is not included in the delegate package but can be booked independently at https://turkishbathsharrogate.spabooker.travel/classes. The cost is 19 GBP per person (session is up to 135 minutes). There is a conveniently timed session at 15.15 on Wednesday 25th May but note that early booking is advised. The Turkish baths are a 5 minute walk from the hotel. 

Accompanying persons. Suggestions for activities will be emailed to those registering an accompanying person.
