Notes: 

1. Receipt of registration forms will be acknowledged by email.

2. Details of how to pay will be sent to early bird registrants by 5th April 2022 and payment must be received by 15th April to guarantee accommodation.

3. For those on standard delegate rates, payment must be received by 25th May 2022.

4. If the meeting is cancelled all registration fees will be reimbursed.
