Venue: Boschendal wine estate, SA, 23rd – 26th April 2025
Arrival day is Wednesday April 23rd and departure day is Saturday April 26th 2025. The congress will be all day on Thursday and Friday April 24/25th 2025.
Accomodation
The best and easiest option is to have accommodation in the Boschendal wine estate. As the estate has to manage bookings for other events, we recommend to book your room right now, even before you arranged your travel. The estate has different cottages which have between 2 and 5 double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. Within the cottage the bedrooms share a common sitting area with a small kitchenette. The price is approx. 200-250€ per room (max 2 persons incl. breakfast) per night.
Booking of your accommodation is part of the registration form. We highly recommend to book your accommodation right now. When booking the accommodation you tell us for how many persons you are booking and you can also list, whom you want to be in the same cottage. You then receive an invoice from Boschendal for your accommodation.

Registration fees are the same as for the 2024 annual meeting (and do NOT include accommodation):

Regular rate: €550
Student early rate: €280
Student regular rate: €350
Accompanying persons: €150
Optional friday evening wine tasting / dinner for approx. €95.
